What are some common methods pregnant individuals use to alleviate their pregnancy symptoms?

So with my twins I could not take the prenatal vitamins because I would get sooo sick. so I had to be put on a prescription folic acid. Well this time around I took my prenatal and instantly started getting sick (I was feeling great before). So I now take my prenatal with my morning beverage. I drink a Casey’s brand of ice coffee since I currently have an almost 3 year old and twin almost 2 year olds. But that seemed to help tremendously! I haven’t been sick nearly as bad as my other two pregnancies!
