I had taken 4 pregnancy tests yesterday and all positive, I just couldn't believe it! But today I started having some light spotting, and now it has progressed to heavy bright red bleeding with lots of long blood clots. I'm afraid I've miscarried now. Am I in danger enduring this heavy bleeding and blood clots  and need to seek medical help or will rest be ok? I'm so beyond sad 😿
