Unfortunately I tried natural remedies like fiber, prune juice, lots of water but the only way I really found relief was when my Ob suggested miralax. I got the flavorless and you can dissolve it in anything I use the Welch’s passion fruit juice you can find in the cold section. Literally has no taste and works naturally with your body to pull extra water into your intestines. It’s non stimulant and I’ve found since I’ve started doing that once a day I’m not struggling like I was. Unfortunately pregnancy constipation is real for me, was with my son and seems to be with my daughter. Good luck!
