Nonstop Braxton hicks

This is number five for me. I am 17 weeks and was having off and on Braxton hicks for the past few weeks but this morning they decided to start and have yet to stop. They aren’t getting stronger but are definitely not comfortable. I have done the water, rest and change positions and it’s not helping. The dr told me I could go into er but I live with my parents and my dad is already battling cancer so I’m not fond of the idea of unnecessary germs just to be told I need more water. Anyone else on baby 3+ having these too? I know I got them with my others but not for this long and not this early. So frustrating
