Anyone ever experience this?

My son 16month has had these light patches on his cheeks and I googled a few things but I’m just looking to see if anyone else experienced this. They were there at the last doctor visit but I hadn’t thought anything of them and the doctor didn’t say anything.

My son has them. The doctor said his were pityriasis alba.

My son gets these when he’s out in the sun! Not sure what it is, but I remember getting them as a kid (and even sometimes nowadays) when going outside in the sun for awhile.

Anyone ever experience this?
