Nausea/Eating Tips?

I need advice. I found out I am pregnant on Saturday (7/22) and have been nauseous for a few days. According to the app, I’m 5w3d!

Food does not sound good. Seeing pictures of it, thinking about it, smelling it - all makes me extremely nauseous. If I don’t eat though, I feel consistently nauseous. I do feel so much better when I do get to eat but it’s only been an orange, lettuce, and half a can of tomato soup that’s sounded good in the past 24 hours and it only lasts for a little bit and then I’m nauseous again (which I assume means I’m still hungry since obviously those aren’t hearty foods). With the soup, I started feeling nauseous halfway through so I stopped.

Has anyone else felt like this??? I don’t know what to do but it seems like liquids and cold things are what work for me so far. Is it safe to eat this little right now? What are things you’ve tried that you can stomach?
