If you have had more then 1 pregnancy yes some women have felt their babies move this early. If your a first time mum then most likely not baby and more likely gas. However I am pregnant for the first time and felt movements very early for a first time mum I started to feel pops at just 14+6 weeks pregnant and had regular movements from 17/18 weeks and a pattern by 20 weeks.
