Chorionic bump

Im 7weeks today and went for my first ultrasound. The tech found a Chorionic bump on my placenta. Anyone have this or know about it and the success of the pregnancy? I have to go for a repeat scan next week to check it again. This is my second pregnancy and I didn’t have any issues with my first.
