Nipple piercings while pregnant?

Any suggestions are appreciated, I did t have them with my first so a bit of new territory with my second!

No need to remove them or replace them with plastic unless it becomes hurtful for you 
With my first baby I had them and literally took them off when I was at the hospital in labor

Mine are still in & im 25 weeks. My dr told me at the beginning of pregnancy it’s fine to keep them in until I give birth ya know for emergency cases (God forbid)… but i already planned to remove them to breast feed as my due date approaches.
