Swelling !
Do any of you wonderful ladies have any advice or tricks to relieve feet swelling?! This Florida heat while being pregnant has my foot and ankle so swollen and I’m struggling lol, Anything helps! I’ve tried elevation and putting something cold on it and I am drinking plenty of water but I’m at a loss lol it’s been swollen the exact same for days and it’s making work a little bit of a struggle..
