If you had preterm labor stopped, did you ever make it to full term?

Anyone have their labor stopped early and actually made it to term? I had contractions that progressively got worse after IV fluids, an injection, and 4 doses of another medication they finally tapered off when I was 34+5. I never did dilate (could have been prodromal labor but they did progress over time). Since then, I have had on and off contractions. They aren't consistent like at the hospital and generally don't get to painful before tapering off. BUT baby is breech. They couldn't schedule my c-section at 39 weeks and instead it's at 39+4. Only 3 days before my due date. I did have my first late (40+2) but I also never had contractions before my water broke. I do not want an emergency c-section and just really hope he stays in until my scheduled date 😩. So anyone with similar circumstances actually make it that far?
