I'm becoming a little scared. I got pretty mad just recently and started taking a shower because I was about to go to bed. Not long after I got in, I started getting mild pains in or around my left breast. My heart rate was up but I'm not sure if it was because I was angry or what. Please let me know if this is a bad sign. I'm not in my room sitting down, negotiating whether or not I need to go to the ER.
