I changed my diet and it honestly helped so much! It helped me actually start ovulating again after going MONTHS without. High protein and healthy fats especially in the morning times, pomegranate juice mixed in with my water, hemp hearts chia seeds and flax seed also helped bunch! I don’t know if there’s exactly any scientific evidence but this helped me a BUNCH! Good luck and baby dust!
