I'm 22, a FTM mom & planning on doing a natural hospital birth. Preferably in the tub at the hospital but I can just labor in the tubif my hospital allows for it. I was wanting to try hypnobabies but I'm afraid that once I get into all the contractions & pain it'll be over wheleming & I'll throw it all out the window. Has anyone tried any of the hypno methods? If so, how did they work for you? I have to purchase the self study course if I do it which is fine bc I don't have a hypnobabies instructor near me.
