Why can't guys be honest?

If they're not interested just say so! If I feel like you're sending me mixed signals or you're hot and cold, I'm going to straight up ask if you're still interested. I'm a big girl, I can handle it. This one guy I was just talking to and hung out with once last week said he'd love to hang out again. But he's basically ghosted me since! Few words here and there. Hasn't even read my text from last night and he's online. He said he's still interested.....

Im gonna chalk it up to no he's actually not or else he'd make effort to at least say hi. He's still gonna see my FB posts. Should I block him from seeing what I do daily or leave it for him to see?
