I have my scan next week but so worried somethings not quite right, like I'm scared I will go and not see or find a heart beat or baby has stopped growing, last night I had a dream that I had a miscarriage in a public toilet and the baby came out, bigger than 13 weeks but I'm so worried I would feel it's all my fault, had a scan at 8 weeks and everything was okay but that was 5 weeks ago and anything can happen by then, any advice or anyone having the same experience
