Severely behind at number 2 is DeSantis, who may have had an argument for favorable policy several years ago… but sharply crashed once he began his widely unpopular anti-woke campaign. His latest disaster on history books, teaching students that black slaves benefitted from slavery, has even brought severe criticism from his own party… an uncommon practice for republicans, indicating just how bad his policy is.

Is there hope for the Republican party? Or is this really the best they can offer? Democrats are not immune to this either with many legitimate concerns, including Biden rapidly aging.
