I am going to start this off by saying, I am not American, so really I don’t care/know much but I am curious about some of the hypocrisy I see in mainstream media.

So I am not a Trump supporter - he irritates me to no end. But I do think trying to jail him is in very bad taste.

Back in 2016, Trump made a comment about how if he was elected, he would imprison Hilary for her crimes. People got soooo upset. They said that is what dictators do. They said imprisoning your opponents is what Putin does and that American should never steep to that level.

Now, come 2023 and the Liberals (I don’t know the American term for it) are in the White House, and suddenly Trump who was planning to run for president again, is being charged with this and that and this again. I feel like everyday it is something new.

So… does Americans only think it’s okay for have a dictator in power when it’s a dictator on the left?

ALLLLL politicians are criminals. Trump. Hillary. Biden. All of them. You don’t become a politician by doing the right things. So they have all did bad stuff… but I do think imprisoning Trump is sounding an awful lot like you guys got Putin in the White House.
