What can this be

Question

I’m freaking out!!!! Anyone know what this could be? It’s on my upper arm. A couple on my forehead. They don’t hurt or itch much  or anything. Just occasional itch. Second picture is about 5 days ago and top pic is rn. Anyone ever have something like this b4?

Answer

I get something similar when it gets hot/humid out. In my case it's just pores that don't reach the top layers of skin so sweat/body oil gets stuck under it. I just use an exfoliate or shave and they clear up.
