Miscarried at 6-7 weeks 😔

Just miscarried yesterday morning first time ever 😢 was 6 weeks almost 7. Started spotting 3 days prior. What makes it even more sad is a day before i was at the ER concerned for the spotting. During the vaginal ultrasound they let me see my baby it was alive I heard and saw the heart beat 😭 they only told me the size was a bit off that it was smaller than what the my weeks suggested. Other than that the tech said to take care of myself. Then I wake up the next day bleeding more on the toilet and within 10 mins I go again to the bathroom and I miscarried my baby intact inside the sac 😭. I’ve never experienced a miscarriage let alone an intact sac 😭 it literally just fell out.. has anyone miscarried an intact sac with baby inside??

Im just sad and wondering what went wrong. I tend to zone out and have a hard time concentrating and not in the mood for anything. Sorry I had to vent. I wish everyone going thru this the best 💜
