Misoprostol MMC is the worst over?

I had a MMC decided to go with the pill over D&C. I took my pain medicine last night at 7:50 and then inserted the 4 pills at 8. I went to sleep around 19 and started bleeding through the night. I’ve had no cramping so far but lots of blood. I just passed a clot as big as my open palm. I was only measuring 6 weeks gestation. Do you think that was the worst of it? I couldn’t see a sac or anything it was just a huge blood clot. do you think more will come today? I’m worried about not everything coming out. I have 3 more doses that I can do but I don’t want to do them if I don’t need to. I’m happy that I haven’t had cramping but it worries me that it’s not working properly
