Anyone have any relief remedies for sciatica? 8weeks and already experiencing alot of pain esp when lying down.

8 weeks is kind of early for sciatica pain, have you consulted with your OB to make sure that's what it is?

If it is unfortunately all you can do is take a couple Tylenol and warm bath.

Stretching and the chiropractor. I go once a month and then whenever needed if I have bad pain between appts. My chiropractor has pregnant patients regularly and said keeping me aligned should help with labor/delivery.
