Help!! What’s wrong with my Nose piercing ?

I got my nose piercing July 7th, and recently I’ve noticed crusting, bleeding and this bump that seems to be getting bigger. Is this an irritation bump or something else?? Should I remove my piercing???

It’s normal, use sea salt. Luke warm water and sea salt on a cotton swab
