100hcg on friday

My hcg was 100 on Friday when I went to the doctor at 4w sharp. This was the test on Friday (top) vs today 48h later (bottom) I don’t see a growth is it possible it still doubled and it’s at 200? Does anyone have a 200hcg line and how does it look like? Ivf embryo
