Brownish watery light bleeding during mid cycle

Hello, I’m 30 y/o. Haven’t been on birth control in years, last std test in jan 2023

And in a committed relationship. My past two cycles I’ve been having bleeding (reddish/brownish) for 3 days a week and a half after my last day of my period. I wear a tampon for it. Please see image below. This has never happened before. Should I be concern?
