Hemorrhoids

I’m 29 weeks pregnant with my first baby and think I might have hemorrhoids? I’m not sure what to do. I’m embarrassed to even tell my husband or OB. Do I just leave them be unless it gets bad? Is this common? I’m not constipated which I heard is the most common reason for them so not even sure why they showed up. Any advice would be appreciated, googling answers isn’t helping me.
