Can drinking coffee during pregnancy harm your baby?

Hey coffee-loving mamas! There's so much debate about caffeine during pregnancy. Some say it's okay in moderation, others say it's best to avoid it completely. What are your thoughts and experiences with coffee during pregnancy? Let's have a caffeine chat!

Everything in moderation is fine. Im a tea drinker and have 2 to 3 cups a day. I steap loose tea, so I just lessened the amount I put in my teapot, so that it isnt as strong. Im sure you can do the same for coffee.  I usually just get cold decaf coffee drinks from Starbucks, which I heard isnt great aswell because of the decaffenating process, so sometimes I'll get regular as well. But I only have these drinks 2 or 3 times a week.

Dr advised 200mg of caffeine per day. I hv a Dr Pepper every morning. Fourth pregnancy. All good.

Too much is bad. A cup a day is fine. Not gonna hurt baby. But having none is most likely better. I get bad headaches when I stop drinking it so my Dr said keep drinking a cup a day but keep it less than 200 mg.

I don’t care for coffee. But I think a cup every now and then wouldn’t hurt
