I’m so confused

So I got tested last week Friday got my results saying it’s chlamydia so my Obgyn prescribe me Azithromycin 500mg tablets 2 tablets by mouth once daily for 2 days so it was a total of 4 pills so I was only on the pill for a total for 2 days Sunday was my last day taking the pills I posted it here to get opinions a lot of you guys are saying you never heard anyone taking 4 pills for chlamydia and you wasn’t sure if that was the right thing it was suppose to be a 7 day treatment

Have anyone took Azithromycin 500mg for chlamydia ?
