Would you feel disrespected?

please tell me if I'm overreacting. I give my husband blow jobs any time he asks, which is almost every day. he does NOT return the favor. Idk if he just doesn't like to, but when I ask, he says he does. Its been months and months since he attempted to. A few weeks ago, he asked for one in the morning and I was under the covers and things weren't progressing so I looked up at him and he was on his phone. I assumed porn but when I asked later, he said he was just scrolling. wtf? Today, he woke up and we had plans to go the park. He complained and complained saying I needed to take care of him first. So, I went to and same thing... he was soft for like 10 minutes and when I looked up, he was SCROLLING on his phone. I am so so laid back and I know we've been married for 5 years but holy shit... I feel... disrespected. I use that word so lightly because if you knew me, you'd know that not much bothers me. is it a big deal? Should I bring it up? I have no problems ever giving but the last year, he's stopped trying. he wants sex only how he wants it and he gets upset for weird reasons like, today he got frustrated because it wasn't working but he was reading the fucking news. The other day he said I ruined the mood when I readjusted my hips during sex. Is this a red flag? This isn't the only issue. He denies me all the time. if I ask, he usually isn't in the mood or just wants head. But if he is in the mood, things stop. like today, its getting too hot for the park and he demanded that I blow him, got mad that it was taking longer but he was ON HIS PHONE. Sex used to be so beautiful and mutual. What is going on? did I spoil him too much? is that even a thing with men?
