I've recently stopped using contraception and I've noticed that my menstrual cycle has become irregular. Has anyone else experienced this? I would love to hear your stories and any advice you have for managing irregular cycles while trying to conceive.

If you were on hormonal birth control, your body could take a few months to regulate. I would track your cycle and if it stays irregular for 6 months reach out to your doctor for tests. I know they say try for a year, but thats if things are regular.
