bf being a creep

about three months ago my bf was texting this girl on snap, im pretty skinny and she’s a bigger girl forsure. he was talking to her before we got together. one day i saw that earlier that week she was saying awful things about me, how i’m ugly and too skinny, and how he’d never be attracted to me. i was really hurt cause he didn’t really defend me, nor did he block or un add her. i brought it up and asked him too, and he said no because he likes tiddies and “i shouldn’t be so sensitive and insecure” that really pissed me off and we argued about it for about 3 weeks. until finally after flipping my shit about it, he finally, hesitantly, un added her. Now he’s trying to say that he did it cause he didn’t like how she talked about me, and not because i freaked out for 3 weeks. do y’all think he did it cause he doesn’t like her talking shit about me, or was it cause i was freaking out? he also had the audacity to mention i’m still being too insecure and sensitive and he shouldn’t have had to block her cause she had big boobs…..
