Hip exercises

I’m 25 wks today!! About a week my lower back which is more hip has been aching again. I know this pain before pregnancy. My back did give out and i was not mobile when i was around 8wks. I say hip because the pain when stretching it is felt at butt cheek. What can i do at home? Just when i have this ache i had no choice to cancel pre natal massage due to Dr. appts.

Help! Stretches or maybe a light workout with a birthing ball.
