Breaking a lease/takeover

Has anyone who has broken a lease posted an advertisement for a takeover through social media or Craigslist? If so, how does that work? I put a deposit down for a rental home and my management said it shouldn’t be an issue to have someone fill my place, but I have 3-4 weeks in hopes someone does. Would I post the lease takeover ad, and tell them to then reach out to management for further instructions??
