Does anyone deal with arthritis pain?

My 60 year old mother has had the worst arthritis knee pain for years now. We’ve been to several doctors and specialists to no avail.
Shes tried absolutely everything and its hard seeing her in so much pain.
Has anyone else dealt with this or know someone who has? Any possible solutions?

I’ve had it since my 20s in my upper left shoulder it now moved to my left butt cheek the only thing that works for me were opioids and less movement the more I stay still and not move around the less pain I’m in praying she gets some relief that stuff is so damn painful I hate it try a massage therapist they are awesome 🙏🏼
