Contact naps?

My one month old only wants to contact nap if I transfer him to his bed he’ll wake right up or only nap for a few minutes meaning he’s on my all day and it’s hard to care for my toddler and myself any tips?

I highly suggest baby wearing. It's amazing. I even had to tandem wear with my toddlers when my youngest was a baby.

Baby carrying for sure! I had my little one strapped to me at all times in a baby wrap (I still use the actual carrier model too for when I head to the shops) so I could get things done and allow that skin to skin time + tummy time. It’s biologically normal for bubs to want to be close to mummy, especially so young 🥰
