Food concern
My mom had kielbasa in the fridge for over a month and it was sealed. She used it tonight in her dish and I’m scared to eat it, apparently it doesn’t expire til October. Do you think it’s safe? I googled it and people say even if sewed it’s only safe for 2 or so weeks in the fridge
