My son is a little over 2 months old and he rarely smiles, he’s also really into looking at any kind of light does that sound normal?

Every baby is different. What you find ‘normal’ another mother may not. Let your lo go at their own pace and just enjoy it.

My baby likes looking at light too. Mine is 3 months old now (came 3 weeks early). He is starting to smile a lot more now in the last couple of weeks. Around 6-8 weeks it was more infrequent, rare smiles. Sounds normal!
