Pregnancy after Tubal?!

Soo i got a tubal almost 4 years ago. Im just under a month away from the 4 year mark. I HAVE NOT had a reversal done but i have seen some women say around 5 - 10 years post tubal that they got positive pregnancy tests and delivered health babies. I guess my question is.. if you had a tubal and got a bfp how many years after the tubal was it that you conceived? And was missed periods an issue for you guys? Like not pregnant but no period. This will be the third time this year that ovulations signs were very prominate for me and i again just glided past my period date. (I am normally pretty on time) I thought maybe i had concieved the other times but i dont want to keep assuming its possible to get pregnant again without a reversal and be wrong. Advice? Google is no help on this for me. I do want to have another kid as im in a whole new chapter of my life but i dont want to get my hopes up that itll happen without surgery. Was anyone else in the same boat at one point and maybe did something that helped their chances? Sorry for the long post. TIA ✨
