Second the comment above. I took maca and my periods were sooo heavy that I was still spotting well into ovulation.

Nope messed my cycles up wouldn’t bother wasting time on things on tik tok if your ttc more then a year and under 35 see a dr if over 35 and ttc for more than 6 months see a dr.
