My dr started checking at 37 weeks with my request. Already at 37 weeks I was 2 cm dilated and 80% effaced. I’m now 39 weeks almost 40 and she’s still just chilling.

I’ve had THREE spells of prodromal labor, with three and four hours of consistent contractions that just fizzle out.

I told my husband that I’m probably going to end up having this baby at home simply because when I finally do go into labor I won’t let myself believe it’s the real deal 😫

I had my first four days early and I really thought baby girl would come even sooner. 🥲

Tired of throwing up every day of my life for nine months. Tired of the insane heartburn. Tired of the swollen feet. Tired of the heart palpitations. Tired of the aching lower back. And just SO ready to at least get to hold my sweet baby while I get no sleep. 😴😴
