Hi ladies, I’m a first time mumma and am 37 weeks. I’ve been having back pain in my middle to lower back for about 4 hours and some on and off cramping in my lower abdomen/pelvic region for the past 2 hours. The cramping kinda feels like period pains. I’ve also had quite a few braxton hicks which I’ve been timing just in case but they don’t seem to be consistent. Ive been getting braxton hicks most days for the past few weeks.

No sign of my mucus plug/bloody show yet. Could these symptoms be a sign that labour is coming soon or are they just normal symptoms for my gestation?
