What are symptoms of a hemmorage?

I’m bleeding but unsure if it’s a miscarriage or ectopic hemorrhage. I’m just clotting, and haven’t filled up a pad yet. I do feel in pain because of cramps but took a pill and it’s going always. The bleeding isn’t constant . Please help thanks!

I can kind of speak on both. My sil had an ectopic hemorrhage and it is incredibly painful, like hospitalized painful. I had a mmc last year and it started off like coffee ground like discharge, then the clotting and cramping, at one point the cramping was so bad I felt like I was in labor which lasted maybe 4 hours, ￼then heavy bleeding which slowly tapered off as the days passed. All together I bled 16 days.
