Why is this happening I’m so confused dr tells me to keep testing to make sure levels go down I could’ve sworn cd14 was my peak now it’s high again but low yesterday is this normal? I’ve done some research it said it’s called hyperovulation 🤔 I’ve never experienced ovulation until taking letrozole 5mg has anyone had this happen and still conceived

Lh fluctuates during your cycle. The first surge is what is supposed to trigger ovulation. You can have multiple surges during your cycle though and the only way to confirm ovulation at home is with tracking bbt. Opks just test for the lh surge that should trigger ovulation. Also the length of your surge doesnt determine when ovulation happened. After your first positive opk you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours after regardless of the length of the surge.

This isn't hyper ovulation.... LH fluctuates. It's normal to get several days of positives.
