Raw egg white discharge days after peak OPK?

Okay, I’m losing my mind here. I’ve been consistently tracking my cycles, symptoms, basal body temperature, and OPKs for about 4 months now.

This month, I had a peak opk on Monday. Thursday night, I experienced the raw egg white discharge for the first time this cycle. I thought that type of discharge happens before ovulation? Or during?

I cannot wrap my head around having a peak opk test on Monday then getting the tell-tale ovulation discharge 3 (almost 4) days later. Am I in my fertile window now? Or a couple days ago? I cannot figure this out!
