What should I do??

I’m a first time mom and I’m not really sure what to do. Something is telling me to go to the hospital but I feel fine. She’s kicking not as hard but she’s moving a lot. My back has been hurting and so has my stomach but that’s normal for pregnancy. I have been smelling blood but I haven’t seen any. I told my OB about it and they said it wasn’t anything to worry about and so I been pushing it off but this is the 3 time while being pregnant that the blood smell has came. I just need help should I go to the hospital? It’s been in my head for a while and won’t go away. I just keep telling myself I’m fine.
