6 weeks and so achey in lower abdomen 😩😩😩

About 6 weeks 4 days and last few nights been getting a constant achey pain all evening in lower abdomen, youde think ide be used to this given its my 4th but i normally am so tired by this point, im tored but not that tired.. im worried that symptoms are fading, no morning sickness yet, suffered with morning sickness early on in all 3 of my pregnancies. Am I overthinking this ? Im worried about the achey pains in the evening😩😩 going to try get bold of the docs today but just wanted to see if it was normal or deffo get checked out
