Pls help spotting/bleeding

At 6 weeks and a couple days I started spotting pink on a Sunday then red and heavier. I had went to the ER Monday morning they did their all their testing and confirmed I was still pregnant. Located the sack blood work ultrasounds ect. The next day I immediately got in with a OB we talked and they did labs the next day (Tuesday) to make sure my numbers were rising. I experienced brown spotting around then. Eventually it stopped. picked back up reddish pink a little clotting and now today very light but still brown. From those with personal experience how do you feel this will go. I’m 7 weeks tomorrow. Later today I had some clotting come out with the brown spotting I’m unsure how to identify anything pls help.
