Confused

I normally ovulate around 7-8 days past my period. I was doing my ovulation strips which one got almoat as dark as the test line so i counted that as the positive. But now today i got feally bad cramping and took another test and its super dark. So am i just now ovulating? Would you go with the last one as the positive?
