2week wait

I used my ovulation test and got a positive Sept 3rd we bd about 3 times my fertile week today it’s been I’m 7dpo my breast have been sore and cervic mucus is very watery and almost like a milk look and it has been like that couple days now.. I can wipe myself and no kidding I get this wet feeling all over again… about two days ago I felt twinges/light cramps… oh and I started my first round of clomid I am hoping this first round did. I am so anxious but I no to wait also… what do you guys think could I be…
