2 kids under 2!

Heather • Mama of a beautiful healthy little girl, with a second on the way! Couldn't be more excited!
I have an 8 month old and I'm pregnant with my second (unexpected but super excited!) but my daughter will only be 15months when the second one arrives. Any mamas have any advice for 2 kids under 2?
